"Very professional, Arrived exactly when scheduled, truck mounted high power hot water injection/extraction system, They replaced some carpet pad for me, took care of some pet stains and odors, (darn cats!) and cleaned some steps. Left carpet fairly dry (completely dry by morning with my own fans blowing on it.) Make sure that they put plastic squares under all of the furniture before leaving. I moved some of the smaller furniture (end tables, lamps etc) out of the way before they arrived. Took about 1 1/2 hours to replace carpet pads and restretch, 1 1/2 hours to clean living/ding room and staircase."

After cleaning he asked if his job met my expectations and if I approved and the carpet cleaning job. I was very impressed with his manners and his job.
